Our A/C shut off suddenly. I tried multiple other service providers but either didn't get a response, or had to wait 24 hours.I called Northend Heating and Air and left a message. Doug called back in 10 minutes or less. He was working with a client but said he'd swing by in an hour or so.He showed up and correctly diagnosed the problem, which was an attached pump had become unsecured and when that happened it signaled to the A/C to shut down.All is good now. Excellent service, and I'm having Doug back to make some permanent improvements to this situation.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Doug and Paul put in our heat and AC while my husband and I were on our honeymoon. Best decision. He cares about families and not overcharging like a lot of big companies. He believe in humanity. He does great work and he is funny!Services: Heating system installation

Doug Hamilton and his son were great. He was able to fit me into his schedule to install a new gas furnace in about 4 days. Not an easy task in February with supply chain issues. His price was about 60% cheaper than the other quotes. Instead of feeling taken advantage of, I am left with a great working furnace and a great customer service experience.
