We workout twice a week he tracks my calories and protein intake. I told him that I had to change my diet because of a medical issue and he completely rewrote what I should eat. He knew exactly what was okay for me to eat and what I shouldn't be eating. He has gone above and beyond in every single way. I've been with him for 4 weeks now and I've already gained 6 pounds. If you're looking for a trainer that will go above and beyond for you and you're willing to put in the work I can only suggest Andrew. He's easily been the best personal trainer I've ever had.“

I've been to Verde all of 3 times now, and each time they greet me like I'm their oldest and best customer. I especially appreciate that the massage therapists are willing to mask - I am high-risk and other places have refused. It's just a beautiful place with excellent staff.“

“I took advantage of Club Pilates intro class to get a feel for the studio and the teaching style, and what exactly reformer Pilates entails. I have only ever done YouTube Pilates classes, and this was so much different than expected and really fun! I arrived to the class about 15 min early. The people working the front desk got me checked in very quickly and told me where I could place my things. Then as the previous class dispersed we all filed in. The instructor gave very clear intros to all the equipment there, and we were quickly set up to do our intro class! Overall the class was great, and a good exposure to what club Pilates moves looked like. We also got a feel for what their full length classes entailed, and they told us a lot of the deals they offer. I will definitely be back at some point for more classes!“
“I love the instructors! They are welcoming, experienced and able to help folks adjust for different abilities. It feels like a welcoming community space. In particular, Tracy and MJ are two of my favorite instructors in the city. I always leave their classes feeling centered and fulfilled. Ive followed them from other sites of practice and would recommend their classes to anyone regardless of ability.“

“I've been studying under Tara for roughly two years now, taking both weekly online classes and her monthly workshops. Even though I live far from the studio I find the drive out to see her worth it. She creates a nurturing environment in her classes, I never feel like she forced me or anyone else into an uncomfortable or dangerous position. She is very understanding of yoga anatomy and how everyone's bodies are different and have different strengths and limitations, and she is able to guide you to your edge while not pushing you past that where you might injure yourself. I always feel very safe and comfortable taking classes with her. She herself is also an active student, learning to deepen her knowledge of the asanas and other limbs of yoga. She will bring back fresh perspectives and teachings that she's gathered from her own journeys and incorporate them into our classes, so they never get stale. I love iyengar yoga because of it's emphasis on form and alignment, and use of props. I feel iyengar yoga is the best way to learn yoga without risking injuries, you will really learn the asanas here, especially under Tara's expert guidance.“

“Absolutely recommend Union Pilates! Easy parking, always clean, bright, energetic. I have taken classes from both Elise and Ashley, who owns the studio. Love the private sessions to focus more leveling up my practice, and the group classes for regular maintenance. Love that the classes are typically pretty challenging and also rejuvenating if I hit them during my lunch break, mornings or mid-day. Couldn't recommend this studio more.“

“Lynn is great! I hadn't exercised for quite some time. She started me off slowly and watched carefully to make sure my form was correct to avoid injury. She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.“
“I’ve been going to this hot yoga studio for a few months now and have really loved it! At the end of each class, I always feel refreshed and the yoga flow always helps get the aches out of my joints. I do a lot of sports - running, climbing, hiking, and swimming. At the end of each week, hot yoga helps me recover and prevent injuries.Steve is my favorite instructor I’ve had for any hot yoga class. He has amazing energy, is always kind and supportive, and leads classes that leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. I also feel that Amy is wonderful and so kind - I’ve really enjoyed her hatha classes.I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve taken a handful of classes with Joyce, and I don’t feel that she is very friendly. There have been multiple times that she’s called me out or snapped at me in class for doing a variation of a pose instead of what she precisely instructed. It makes the class feel rigid and stressful. She hasn’t cared to learn my name or to give me any positive encouragement. I decided I won’t take her classes anymore cause I always feel stressed out at the end of them.The instructors sort of make or break your experience, and most of my experiences at this studio have been positive, and I do plan on continuing to come back.“
