12321 120th Pl NE, Kirkland“I've had personal training before in the past but I've never had a personal trainer like Andrew. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I'm hitting my goals. We workout twice a week he tracks my calories and protein intake. I told him that I had to change my diet because of a medical issue and he completely rewrote what I should eat. He knew exactly what was okay for me to eat and what I shouldn't be eating. He has gone above and beyond in every single way. I've been with him for 4 weeks now and I've already gained 6 pounds. If you're looking for a trainer that will go above and beyond for you and you're willing to put in the work I can only suggest Andrew. He's easily been the best personal trainer I've ever had.“

13293 Newcastle Commons Dr, Newcastle“I almost don't want to write this review because if everyone knows how great Verde is, I'll never be able to get a massage appointment! I've been to Verde all of 3 times now, and each time they greet me like I'm their oldest and best customer. I especially appreciate that the massage therapists are willing to mask - I am high-risk and other places have refused. It's just a beautiful place with excellent staff.“

19122 Beardslee Blvd #101, Bothell“I love Cut and Flow! Every time I walk in, I'm always greeted by somebody at the front desk with a warm smile. They offer Xformer and Yoga classes. Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. One thing to note is that it doesn't get hot enough in yoga to my liking- temperature also depends on each instructor. The locker area and bathroom/showers are also pristine! Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.“

In particular, Tracy and MJ are two of my favorite instructors in the city. I always leave their classes feeling centered and fulfilled. Ive followed them from other sites of practice and would recommend their classes to anyone regardless of ability.“

3310 E Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, Sammamish“We are so thankful GHD came to Black Diamond! My kids were new to the area and we didn't hear positive things about dance studios that have been around here. My girls had been dancing since they were in preschool, and it was wonderful to find a studio that welcomed teens who aren't on comp teams!“
“Amazing yoga studio! Loved the online workshop I attended. So much valuable information. Can’t wait for future workshops!“

7425 166th Ave NE c245, Redmond“The classes are great but I do agree with other reviews that the contact from the company is aggressive. I love yoga for the calm and peace it brings and the classes have done just that. The constant follow ups in person and via technology can be a bit much and off putting to the program. Hoping the feedback gets heard and listened to.“

2 - 7:30PM
5220 12th Ave NE, Seattle“If you want a class that goes through the motions, this is not it. If you want a class where you actually learn about the poses and grow in your practice, this is it. Tara's classes are methodical and well choreographed, with each pose building upon the previous for deeper opening and growth. Tara's teaching style is straight forward--she demonstrates each pose step by step and explains in detail. She then watches us as we practice and repeat, assisting and recommending alternate poses as needed. I appreciate the slowness of her class as it gives me time to feel my body open and receive and to connect my mind to my body and breath.“
“I've gone for over 6 years and it's an amazing studio. Kristin is amazing; professional, hilarious and instructs. “

4741 Rainier Ave S, Seattle“Hands down the best acupuncture experience I’ve ever had! I did 7 sessions focusing on releasing emotional blockages and felt significant shifts over the month!! I would even say life changing… Jenna is a great listener and knows exactly what to do (tapping, cupping, acupuncture, craniosacral) in the sessions based off the feelings or physical pain that surface & Kaia is also the best presence to have around ?“
“Beacon hill is so blessed! Amazing yoga right here in the neighborhood! Welcoming of beginners and newcomers, a very kind and professional staff.“
“This is a great space for practice in all senses, and Troy is an amazing teacher with deep knowledge and an admirable skill attending to each student and supporting where they are in their own practice.“
“Best school ever! Great Sifu who cares about her students and building community. Queer and BIPOC friendly.“

1815 N 45th St #205, Seattle“Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.“

1451 127th Pl NE, Bellevue“Lynn is great! I hadn't exercised for quite some time. She started me off slowly and watched carefully to make sure my form was correct to avoid injury. She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.“
“I’ve been going to this hot yoga studio for a few months now and have really loved it! At the end of each class, I always feel refreshed and the yoga flow always helps get the aches out of my joints. I do a lot of sports - running, climbing, hiking, and swimming. At the end of each week, hot yoga helps me recover and prevent injuries.Steve is my favorite instructor I’ve had for any hot yoga class. He has amazing energy, is always kind and supportive, and leads classes that leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. I also feel that Amy is wonderful and so kind - I’ve really enjoyed her hatha classes.I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve taken a handful of classes with Joyce, and I don’t feel that she is very friendly. There have been multiple times that she’s called me out or snapped at me in class for doing a variation of a pose instead of what she precisely instructed. It makes the class feel rigid and stressful. She hasn’t cared to learn my name or to give me any positive encouragement. I decided I won’t take her classes anymore cause I always feel stressed out at the end of them. The instructors sort of make or break your experience, and most of my experiences at this studio have been positive, and I do plan on continuing to come back.“
