Scot came out, on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem, told me we didn't really need him and how to handle it myself. Then lowered the inspection fee! Competence, maturity and honesty; what a pleasure. He could have taken me for unnecessary repairs but did not. Refreshing in this day and age. Highest recommendation.“
