“Last year, I began experiencing chronic pain in my neck from a previous injury and degeneration. There was never a moment in the day I didn't feel some kind of discomfort. It was a constant distraction from whatever else I was doing! Because of the structural issues, I thought that was my life now, dealing with the constant discomfort in my neck (which also caused headaches). I started seeing Dr. Penry toward the end of last year, and within a couple months, there was noticeable improvement in my neck pain! I know it is still a sensitive area, but most days, I am pain-free! Dr. Penry is intuitive and can tailor treatment to his patients' needs. I highly recommend him!“

He had an ankle sprain that wasn't healing and in just 4 sessions with Dr. Kim there was dramatic improvement where he was able to try out for his basketball team and made it. All of the staff is amazing and the physical therapy has been extremely valuable. We will continue to go to Tangelo for maintenance and strength conditioning. Can't recommend it enough!“

“David and team is the best! I’ve never felt so painless for long time now. Thanks to David. I’ve had lower back pain that shoots down the thigh to the knee and was bothering me for months. I probably got into this due to my work life. But after having few sessions with him, he was able to pin point my problem and pressure adjust those sections which were the root problem. Ryan and other were perfect to provide me with dedicated exercises that help me resolve/tackle this on my own at home. I will forever be great full to visit this place and highly recommend anyone have disc related or lower back to knee issues.“

“Dr. Malena is a miracle worker. I herniated a disc in my neck, causing intense pain and muscle spasms. I wasn’t able to lift anything with my right hand for 3 weeks. Nothing was helping until I started seeing Dr. Malena. I saw RAPID results. She patiently listened to my WHOLE story (something I cannot say about the ER doctor), and throughout my treatment was very careful to listen to what did/didn’t work for me as we troubleshooted some referential nerve pain. This was exactly the kind of care I needed.She used soft-tissue work for the first several sessions to help relieve the muscle spasms and gradually worked to being able to adjust (but always with the soft tissue work). She is gentle but effective. Unbelievably restorative.Seriously cannot recommend her highly enough.“

First, Brian was very approachable and spent a great deal of time answering all my questions. He was totally patient with all my questions starting with "hey, I saw this chiro on TikTok/YouTube...". He talked through not only what he would do, but why as well. It was great (and somewhat unexpected!) in that I am now able to touch my toes (never been able to do it in my life), no more muscle cramps, no sore back by just being upright for 30 minutes, and my posture is so much better.
