“I wasn’t actually looking for a chiropractor as I have given up on my back pain. I saw several chiropractors in Bellevue and Bothell in the past and none was able to relieve my back pain. I have somehow accepted that I have to live with chronic back pain for the rest of my life. Until I met Dr. Warren at the Bothell Summerfest this year. I was hesitant so Dr. Warren invited me to visit his clinic for a consult and initial treatment.I decided to give it another try. I found out that he is very thorough. He asked about the history of my chronic back pain and took notes. He started by checking out my posture and my spine. He did an adjustment to the whole length of my spine and then he showed me very specific exercises to strengthen my back. To make sure that I remember the exercises, he made me work on one kind of exercise at a time. Eventually, I am doing a whole set of exercises daily.I continued to see him consistently for about 9 weeks. I did the stretching exercises that he taught me to do every day. Eventually, I noticed that my back pain became less and less, until I realized that it was gone.I am not saying I am not always without back pain. My back pain somehow creeps back when I take for granted the pain-free days and I skip doing the exercises. But the back pain goes away soon as I get back on my exercise regimen.I highly recommend Dr. Warren to all of you who has any kind of back or neurological problems. A visit with him takes at least 20-30 minutes of treatment, unlike others where you spend more time waiting than the actual treatment. He listens and follows up on your progress. I am very thankful that I chanced upon him at the Summerfest coz I finally found the right chiropractor for me.“
