The chiropractic team here is absolutely amazing. After going for a few months with my husband, we trusted them enough to treat our twins who are born prematurely and they've done a great job. The front desk has also been incredible. We've had to flex our schedule a few times due to the babies schedule changing and they have been so courteous and accommodating. I've had good experiences with the treatments at Kaufman, but I had some billing issues recently and had a tough time getting it resolved. I was ultimately able to speak to someone that was able to assist and sent me a refund for the difference. They also noted they discussed the situation internally to improve their billing practices in response to a change in how the claim was handled by my insurance.
