She was so sweet to ask questions before I was even scheduled to help get the right providers for my needs. They also greeted me at the end very warmly and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving their office. Amie is a BEYOND amazing hygienist in her skills, knowledge, teaching and bedside manner. She sat down and really listened and asked amazing follow up questions to learn more about my history. She made me feel so comfortable during my cleaning by her bedside manner, paraffin wax, warm neck wrap and free nitrous. Amie explained everything she was doing and what she is looking for and assessing. This was the first experience I had where someone did teaching of what they are monitoring and what is normal/not normal. Dr. Ross was equally AMAZING. He sat down and listened to my history as well. He provided ideas of avenues to pursue for nerve pain management. He took time out of his busy day to call a specialist in the Tri Cities to give them a heads up of my case. He also encouraged me to come back if I ever need more help with referrals. While talking to him it was like talking to a family member who truly cares about my health. I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed or judged. He provided great recommendations like getting pain addressed before getting treatment for gum recession. 100000% recommend seeing this dental practice...especially if you have dental anxiety!!! You won't be disappointed ❤“

“Got an appointment on Sunday morning the tooth was in bad shape and had to come out he did the whole procedure in about 45 minutes with no pain very happy with the results awesome dentist!!!“

“I called Bright Now Dental Spokane Valley to set up dental care & possibly dentures. There is no looking back after that. They scheduled me right in & the choice was made for upper denture.
The only thing about being scared to have teeth extracted & a denture placed in that day of the extractions was the thinking about all the fears of having it done.
This office coordinates exceptionally we) w/the N. Division office. The staff is very welcoming and you feel like family from the very start.
Did it hurt? Well ya!!! Duh?
Is it going to be a process? We) ya!¡ Duh??
I listened to everything they told me. I try very hard to recognize the process. All staff has been extremely accompanying. It's been almost a week. The only time I take it out is to clean it & my mouth. Every day it is feeling like having my normal teeth. And....... I have been returned to a nice smile. Best decision I ever made. And now, I have people I look forward to seeing.
On a scale of 1-5 this dental office is a awesome, wonderful 1000!!!!!!
