The medical staff is friendly and work well with my daughter, and the other patients I've observed while there. The Dr explains things thoroughly and presents a treatment plan if needed. I'm confident in her choices. I did read some of the reviews and since I've worked in the medical field before some of those reviews sound like someone getting carried away.
