“I was a client at the Lakewood office and Everyone was very friendly. From Hope at the reception desk, all of those who worked with me, Corbin, Joana, and Amy. Nathan who was my Primary physical therapist, was so awesome that my surgeon was amazed at how fast and well I healed. Nathan took the time and listened to every question, concern, and victory. It was bittersweet to end my therapy as I feel like I’m losing part of a family. I also want to Thank Ross, the owner, because his employees are amazing because he is!!!“

“Good doctors and nurse practitioners. Staff is fine. Never had the problems that others have had. Staff is very stable, no revolving door of practitioners like you get with the Franciscan and MultiCare clinics. I see my same NP every time. *Edit* I was a little confused initially about moving to a membership practice until I did a bit of reading. I'm reasonably certain that it was either that or sell the practice to Franciscan/MultiCare/other. I'll happily pay the membership fee if I can keep my same provider and see them the same week or even the same day.“

“I arrived about 30 minutes early. No problem. Nurse took vitals & with my help corrected mistakes made to allergy list by hospital. NP was friendly but professional. She addressed my concerns & prescription refills.“
“Kaiser Permanente has handled my eye surgery.This location has excellent customer service and i feel that I've been treated well both during the intake process and while at the Ambulatory Surgery center.We had a child in tow and felt it was reasonably safe to take him with us.There are helpful people in stations to help direct you to your destination and lots of stations where products for safety are pretty accessible. Lots of hand sanitizer and the facility appears to be clean at a regular interval.“
“We (our family) recently established care here with Dr. Ma, he is wonderful. I felt heard with all of my concerns and my referrals and refills were put in the same day. My Chart is great, and we love being able to make appointments online. The doctor was on time and there was ample seating in the waiting room. Liked being able to do labs onsite after my appointment.“
