“After getting bids from 3 other electricians for my EV charger install, I finally found Rock Electric and they were the perfect choice. Other vendors weren’t as creative (I had a challenging install to a detached garage, in the city, spanning concrete, etc) and quoted me twice as much to do what I’m sure would have been inferior work.Cary was a straight shooter who first met with me to bid the job (showed up right on time!) and he was very nice to deal with and did a thorough job of what I could expect. He then connects to their professional electrician and they collaborated for 10 min on the spot to then give me a fair bid.Three days later the install crew showed up at *exactly* 8 am just as they promised (what is happening?! ?), and they were done in 2 1/2 hours.They then also scheduled the city inspector to come at a time of my choosing! Inspector showed up, took him may 15 min and he confirmed that the whole job was done very well.It’s been a long time since I’ve worked with any type of contractor who was prompt, professional and efficient in their work, and did it all at what I considered a fair price (and far less than other quotes).Easily a 5 star rating from me, the experience from ROCK ELECTRIC was quality from A to Z, thank you“

“My review of Dimitri's work is long due. I added a dormer bathroom and office to my upstairs bedroom. After an inspection by Dimitri it became clear early on that I needed to replace the Knob and Tube wiring in my entire 100 year old, 3-level house to meet the current electrical code requirements. Dimitri worked long hours to solve the riddle of my dated electrical system and was very dedicated to figuring out which plug lead to which circuit and switch in the electrical panel as a big mess had been created over the years. Dimitri further tried to fix all the outlets for me with minimal impact on all the rooms in the house that were impacted by this huge update. The result is a brand new electrical wiring system in my home that serves me well. Great work!“

“I'm updating my review because, although what happened cannot be undone, the phone call that I received from Jesse was an attempt to make it right, and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to try to accommodate my needs. As I said, mistakes happen and Jesse owned up to the mistake on the part of his staff, and even offered to pay my bill. I didn't take him up on his offer because thats not what I was expecting and it just didn't feel right. I just value his honesty.I called this company on Jan 27 because I had lost electricity in half of my house. The soonest they could get me in was Feb 24. Since there were no other ones available I scheduled the appointment for 1130. Feb 24th arrives and noone shows up at 1130. I start thinking maybe I got the time wrong and it was supposed to be 130. So I wait. 130 comes and goes and still noone shows up. So I call their office. The person I talk to confirms all my information is in their system,, but tells me there was no appointment! Ive never been a customer so how did they get my information? She was apologetic and blamed it on "miscommunication" but it was an error on their part. She says she can get me on the schedule for Mar 5, which means another week. I know mistakes happen but don't try to make it seem like I misunderstood. You just failed to follow through.“

“Came to our clinic in the morning with a partial power failure in half the building, very perplexing and concerning because critical systems were down like the fire alarm and computers. Not a circuit breaker problem. Called several Electric companies, Sea-Tac sent Marcel and crew 45 minutes later, competent and informative . Diagnosed the problem and made the call to Seattle City Light for us to explain the issue. Power on next morning“
