Had Washington Generators install a Kohler backup generator. They were super helpful, professional and informative. I didn't really know what I was getting into, and which option was better between Solar and Backup generators. They did a great job explaining the differences for our situation and matching what we wanted to our goals. 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have something like this for their house.

The tech showed up on time. Personable, professional, friendly when introducing himself. Did a thorough exam, ran diagnostics, and went through his findings with me. He contacted the manufacturer for review of his findings. Explained the costs and any line items. He was probably the most professional, thorough service person I have had in the last 10 years
