Ok, first off, they're way too expensive, BUT...and this is a BIG BUT...they're responsive, every facet of their operation from customer service to the guys doing the call is on point, and the technicians are competent, realistic, and down to earth dudes that will tell you the simple truth without being pushy.We were in the process of purchasing a manufactured home for my mom in law. The sellers had agreed to hire a licensed bonded electrical contractor to fix some stuff we found via our inspector.They fixed the stuff, but turns out the guys that did the work were unlicensed electricians...i.e., the work was completely illegal by WA state standards.To top all this off,...read full review

My elderly mother needed help with her garage lights. I contacted Phase NW on her behalf. The sales person was very polite and patient with all my questions. She explained everything clearly and answered questions patiently. She took notes so the electricians know what to expect when they arrived at the house. The electricians were very polite to my mother. They were courteous and professional. The job was completed to our satisfaction. Thank you Phase NW for taking care of us!
