The massage by Lisa was incredible and in the top 5 best massages, but during payment I left a 18% tip and she demanded a 23% tip which was $20. A tip is normally 15%-20% and the massage was $90.This makes me curious how the staff are being paid if they are demanding tips from multitudes of customers as seen in the reviews.Management continues to comment on the reviews saying they will look into this issue, but the google reviews of the staff demanding over $20 tip has been occurring for 4 years. When will this change? I guarantee you will have more constant customer base if the payment part of the customer transaction was not so displeasing.“
