Prior to visiting Erika, I had never had a massage before and she made me feel extremely comfortable and made accommodations based on how my body was feeling, injury, and even skin concerns. She listens carefully and helped me understand billing. I always leave feeling amazing (I mean really really amazing) and cannot wait to visit her again. “The massage was great. I got the hour combo. 60 bucks including tip. She was very intuitive. I made an online reservation. The english isnt great - just point to the option you want on the menu card. There were 2 other clients when i got there. The space is open beds, and they have a closed room option....I do wish they had some hepa filters running, I'd be inclined to visit more frequently. I brought my portable hepa and kept my mask on. I also took a couple of CO2 readings. By myself was 699, with the masseuse present was ~1300.“

The massage by Lisa was incredible and in the top 5 best massages, but during payment I left a 18% tip and she demanded a 23% tip which was $20. A tip is normally 15%-20% and the massage was $90.This makes me curious how the staff are being paid if they are demanding tips from multitudes of customers as seen in the reviews.Management continues to comment on the reviews saying they will look into this issue, but the google reviews of the staff demanding over $20 tip has been occurring for 4 years. When will this change? I guarantee you will have more constant customer base if the payment part of the customer transaction was not so displeasing.“
