“Have had multiple appointments here for me and my family. All were quick appointments, but still thorough. Provides gave good at-home care instructions, and any follow up questions I had to ask after the appointment (I used app to ask follow up- though the button/link was a bit hard to locate) were answered quickly. Appointments are really easy to schedule in the app, and it's never been busy. I once had to wait about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment because of a walk-in that arrived just before me, but that's life and it was no big deal to me. I will say the billing is different- they charge an up front fee- then bill insurance, so you need to contact their billing department once insurance pays to be refunded whatever your insurance covers (in my case it's usually all that I've paid here refunded minus meds cost) I really love that they have the ability to send me home with meds for common things- this is a huge deal to me being a busy mom, pharmacies aren't usually a joy to deal with, so cutting them out is huge. I'd definitely recommend this location, the inside is bright and clean, the staff are kind and it's a great overall experience.“

“I arrived on a Thursday morning (05/11/2023) around 9:30AM for a pre-enployment drug screen. Front desk people were surprisingly super cool to check in with. Usually, it's a pair of miserable clerks at these type of places that want to make everybody else's day just as miserable. Very refreshing to experience for once. I got checked in and waited no longer than 10 minutes until my name was called. Again, SURPRISING. There were about 5 other people in the clinic. The "collector" was also pretty cool. She didn't act like an empty husk like I typically experience, and we talked like how regular people are supposed to talk. I was leaving when I walked past the front desk guy, and he told me to have a good day. Small thing, but it meant a lot to me in that setting. This place is dope lol. I've been to urgent-care clinics for a pre-employment drug screening about 5 times in my life, and this was, I repeat, a refreshing experience. Zero attitude. Wish I could've gotten their names to give them a shout out. I probably got lucky with a good set of employees that day.“

“Staff was efficient and got me thru a drug screening quickly. My only negative was the tech. She was very poor at communicating and obviously hated her job. Can't be enjoyable slinging around cups of urine all day but why not at least be civil to the patients?“
