After placing an order with Apple Pay, my information got messed up by Apple's autofill function. The Flower Lady noticed a discrepancy in the wording of my message and who the recipient was supposed to be, and called me 3 separate times trying to get ahold of me to ask clarifying questions. When I wasn't available, they even left a voicemail. When I called back they picked up immediately and helped me sort everything out, while being extremely kind and thoughtful.

They could've simply fulfilled my order as provided but they are detail oriented and went out of their way to give the best service possible and fix my mistake. I called them back and got everything fixed before they shipped out that same day! Also, I've been told regularly that the flowers from here last 2x as long as flowers I've ordered from anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough.“
