Regrettably, half of the flowers wilted by the next morning, and she felt awful. I contacted Bellevue Crossroads Florist and told them what happened, and they were so incredibly gracious in their customer service that I was bowled over. Apparently some flowers are not good with a heat wave (it was very warm) which causes them to wilt, but Sue was immediately responsive and helpful. It is rare these days to find an established business that backs up their beautiful product with equally good customer service. Kudos !! I will be back !“
