My experience here has been amazing!! I first went about a month ago the day after I had my nails done somewhere else so that they could be fixed. Kyle took great care of my nails!! He was so careful not to catch my cuticles with the dremel and pays very close attention to detail to make sure your nails are exactly as you want them! I just had my second visit with him, and both times I've been now, I've left with EXACTLY what I was looking for, and no sore fingers, bleeding cuticles, etc. I can't recommend enough!!

The artist did a great job. She was kind, listened to exactly what I wanted, and executed the tan perfectly. She was very professional and made sure I understood all of the instructions. She even went above and beyond to follow up with me the next day to ensure the tan developed to my liking. I highly recommend seaglow airbrush for any vacation, special event, or regular airbrushing. Will be returning!

I have been going to this dentist for over 2 years now. The staff is attentive and VERY friendly. The 2 doctors who are there are incredibly capable, friendly, and very attentive to detail. I have a medium case of dental phobia and they are considerate to me. Additionally, my gag reflex is very sensitive and that has not caused any anxiety or tension during my visits. My husband also has been going to see them and his teeth needed extensive cleaning and treatments for gum problems. They have catered his treatment to his needs, holding our finances in careful consideration. I can not recommend this clinic more highly.

Dave and his crew are fantastic! My furnace went out during our recent cold snap. In less than 12 hours of contacting them, they were at my house to fix my furnace. Upon arrival and inspection, they needed another part. Dave drove from Bothell to Federal Way to bring the part to his technician working on my furnace. By 2pm I had heat again! And it runs better than it did before!Thank you Dave and your crew for bringing warmth back into my home quickly and efficiently!

This is truly one-of-a-kind business. They walk you through the remodeling process from beginning to end. They coordinate and supervise all work performed, correcting any issues, before they could become a problem. They finish the work on time and also offer GMP which is excellent. They are not pushy, in any way, doing only the work you request or need, and they keep in contact with you daily.
I have a 20 yo kitty whose claws are thick and were unfortunately too long when I attempted to trim them. I emailed Alex the Cat Groomer that evening and by 530a the next morning he was able to fit me in at 1p that day. Here I was thinking her claws were so thick and long that she might need light sedation in order to trim, when in fact it took all but 3 minutes for the wonderful worker to cut both front and back claws (I was even showed how to cut them properly so that I can do it at home!). Talk about wonderful service. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process for my senior kitty! It's a good thing when the worst of the entire trip was the 20 minute car ride to and from. Elisha is great! I’ve been seeing her for about 2 years now for hair coloring, scalp treatment and hair cuts. I loved when she did my partial balayage. Petra does an EXCELLENT job with IBE extensions. I have been to other salons and no one compares to her expertise. She is an elite IBE specialist and it shows in her work! No bead is ever too tight and they stay in place for months. I HIGHLY recommend Petra!
Carrie is a true magic worker. I have had various kinds of extensions and experiences over the last 10 years, but Carrie is as expert as they get. She completely transformed a terrible extension installation into utter perfection. The time and attention to detail she shows is unmatched - there will not be one strand out of place or corner poking out. To be honest, I'm not even sure where to start with this review. What I AM sure of though, is that Megan has mastered her skills in the beauty industry. I met with her for a consultation and she was so kind and genuine. I could tell right away that she knew exactly what she was doing. I had seen two stylists previously who had attempted to get the blonde I wanted. I was always met with them being in denial of their work/outcome and they were great at gaslighting me. Not with Megan, though!
The day of my appointment, I was blown away at how meticulous she was with processing the blonde. She took a lot of time to check on each foil and pull them out at different times throughout the appointment (which was long). I had never had anyone do this before. Not only was the coloring perfect but the way she toned my hair was impressive. Again, she took her time to saturate all of my hair and combed through each section. Anyone who has blonde hair knows how important toning is. I was incredibly thankful. I wanted to write this review right away! I'm so happy I found Megan! Thank you for everything!!!
Had a great experience at Amy's salon! I have thick, curly and harder to manager hair and struggled finding a salon I felt confident would give me the hair I always wanted. During my 1st appointment, she was very informative on what she would be doing and how long it would take and what to expect afterwards-I was confident she would make my hair look good and take good care of me. So I booked her for my hair treatment and she did a amazing job! My hair is so much softer and easy to manage. She even recommended shampoo/conditioners and a blow dryer that would keep my hair in the best condition post treatment. Would highly recommend her and will be coming back for touch ups when I need to get that done :)

After finally abandoning my COVID DIY buzz cut that I’d been rocking for nearly 4 years, I visited pretty much every men’s barbershop in the “north of seattle” area over the course of six months or so, trying to find my favorite. Carmen was far and away the best, and I’ve now been going to her consistently for a few months. She’s responsive and listens to her customers, the haircut is always excellent with attention and care to details, and she maintains open flexible hours which means I don’t have to remember to schedule weeks in advance. She also goes above and beyond with eyebrow trims, a little extra that I really appreciate. And Carmen is also just a genuinely nice person with a great dog! Overall, highly recommend Carmen and Rock, Paper, Scissors!

I had a great experience today. I am a total newbie to getting a spray tan. The gal that helped me out (sorry I'm forgetting her name!) was so patient and kind. I had a comfortable experience and she took the time to explain everything. From the process, what the expect, how the stuff works and what to do at home to make the most out of my tan. I'd recommend this place with the staff they have there currently!
Cindy is very nice! They use sterilized tools in their pedicures, and a liner in their foot baths. She is an artist-sculpto when it comes to gel nails.

This place is reasonably priced (I paid $80 for a mani pedi + tip). Everyone was very kind and took care of me. The woman who did my pedicure was very patient and careful. She asked me if each service was okay before doing them which made me feel more cared for and relaxed. The woman who did my manicure was also so kind and took her time perfecting the nail polish. She made sure I was okay with making my nails a little shorter before proceeding. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family/friends. They were also able to squeeze me in with little notice which was very nice! Overall, this was an excellent experience.

This was my first visit here. Got CBD healing pedicure. The ambience was so calm and relaxing. Crystal was very attentive and great at what she did! Loved the experience and will definitely not go elsewhere after this!

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years now, and could never find a place with consistent service. That was until I started going here. I loyally drive from Redmond just to do my nails here. I love the work both Lami and Onon do, they're also so kind. There is a reason they’re almost always booked weeks in advance! Any time I take them a design it is executed beyond my expectations, the quality of the nails are amazing too, I can get fills for months without them falling or breaking. I also find that they’re very reasonably priced compared to nail salons in my area.

I went to Fuego Sculpture. Awesome! Saw results with the first treatment! It's crazy how fast this works! I have had 4 kids and my poor stomach has that saggy skin overhanging going on....I had results with the very first treatment and it keeps working for weeks after. Drink a lot of water to flush the melted fat out. I had no side effects other than a loss of fat in my stomach, which is what most of us want! Kim is amazing ? LOVE you Kim!

I had the pleasure of having several services done with Erin.I had a signature facial, dermaplaning and waxing.Erin is such an efficient professional. She was really quick with the waxing and she uses NuFree products which I really appreciate and is the reason I came to her. I honestly felt NO pain and it was over so quickly-I was really surprised. She made sure she got all the hair.The dermaplaning was incredible, her blade felt sharper than most experiences I have had, and she was a master at using it. I could not believe how much dead skin and vellus hair she removed, I had dermaplaning done with someone else 2 months prior and the services were like night and day. Obviously the previous time missed a lot, judging by what she removed.I cannot say enough good things about the facial itself. I loved the products she used and she started out with some wonderful aromatherapy. Her facial massage was better than any facial massage I have ever had. I say this after having 30 years of facials all over this country-none of them touched what she did. She also gave me a neck and shoulder massage while waiting for some of the products to "do their thing". She asked if I wanted neck and shoulder or arm and hand. My arms and hands were definitely jealous afterwards! Next time!She gave me wonderful skincare advice to use with my own products so she did not push products on me, which I always appreciate. I rebooked with her immediately.Her prices are very reasonable, especially for the services she performs. Erin is a master at her craft. Highly recommended!
I have had hydra facials before but this is the first at this location. I can't believe how much my skin is glowing afterwards. Even 3 days after i am still feeling so glowy! Love the experience from start to finish. I feel comfortable trusting Kaitlins recommendations for my skin! She also set me up with a skin care regime, written out, AM/PM routine. I booked a facial and brow tint with Recheal. She was incredibly kind and took the time to talk me through products/ingredients that would be best for my acne prone skin. I love Toledo Cleaning! They’ve been cleaning my apartment for about a year now and I’m very pleased with them. They clean my one bedroom two bathroom apartment every two weeks. I consider it an investment in my home and my self since its such a time saver.
They send a team of two cleaners over each time so everything is done very efficiently and quickly.
I appreciate that they also change the sheets/make the bed and sometimes fold the toilet paper into cute little flowers.

I had new gutters installed today by Gutters Inc. and couldn’t be happier. The crew coordinated with my painters by removing the old gutters, which surprisingly were full of gunk, just before painting and installing the new ones just after. I also added the debris screens to keep that gunk out in the future. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for rain. Great communication with Brian thought out.
Jose and his team did a number of projects for us, including 3 bathroom remodels, a garage permitting and remodel, and some exterior work. Jose went above and beyond in all cases, and we will absolutely continue to work with him. He does not subcontract his work, and he and his team are incredibly professional, quiet and unobtrusive. He leaves everything clean throughout the duration of the project. He helped realize each project based on inspirational photos we showed him, helped source materials, and did not leave until the project was 100% to our satisfaction (and his). He added brilliant ideas to each project, and everything turned out wildly better than we anticipated.
Jose also stayed on budget with each project. His bids were detailed and it was always clear exactly where we were in the project each step of the way. We were never invoiced beyond the scope of the projects.
Jose's experience is invaluable for inexperienced remodelers like us. He knew exactly when we needed design direction and his experience was critical to the overall result, particularly when we asked for unusual features. Would highly recommend for any project, and we will be using him again.
This was our first time doing renovations inside the home. The process was so much better than I could have imagined. Nick was spot on with the time estimate and payments. Everyone we came into contact with was so kind and I always felt like it was clean when they left. Nick took a drab office that we didn’t like to use and turned it into an office fit for royalty. We had the pleasure of working with HCC this spring/summer. Vadim was our contractor, Sergey was our Project Manager, and Vova did most of the project labor. HCC remodeled our master bathroom, downstairs powder room, as well as replaced some hallway closet doors. The team was great to work with and we love our new bathrooms! Mynor and his team were very professional and detail oriented. Our deck was peeling with some rotted boards. Mynor and his men power washed, sanded and stained our decks and they are now perfect. In spite of being delayed for bad weather, Mynor stayed in touch and still finished our project in a timely manner. Totally recommend them for deck refinishing.
Dave and his crew are fantastic! My furnace went out during our recent cold snap. In less than 12 hours of contacting them, they were at my house to fix my furnace. Upon arrival and inspection, they needed another part. Dave drove from Bothell to Federal Way to bring the part to his technician working on my furnace. By 2pm I had heat again! Patrick made a slight mental mistake on roof calculation materials but then like a boss made things right. His customer service skills are pretty good and his boys did a great job and the price was excellent. I would recommend Elite Contractors Group for your roof 100% absolutely!! Mine was done in 2022 and I have no regrets they did a great job.
This pro is amazing: diligent, reliable, detail-oriented, honest, friendly. He exceeded our expectations. He went out of his way to add special finishing touches. We have a lot of exterior doors - front door, side door, and a total of 5(!) sets of French doors. All fir, all with a natural finish. After 20 years of exposure, they were badly weathered and I was worried that a couple of them couldn't be saved. Derek refinished them all, and their door frames, requiring multiple coats. He also stained two concrete porches. Then he moved inside and repaired/refinished/touched-up baseboards, moldings, interior doors, kitchen drawers, etc. He even re-stained three Adirondack chairs. It took more than two weeks in all. He was very diligent - he redid work when he wasn't happy with how something turned out, and he made sure to get a perfect color match on everything. Unlike so many other contractors: he worked on this job from beginning to end without interruptions; he kept his word about his arrival times and work days: his personal standard for quality were higher than ours; he put in extra time to get the job right; he left us with some of the remaining materials and taught us how to do touch ups on our own. It was the best experience we've had with a contractor in a long time.
Wood floor restoration and new baseboards. I decided to have the floor stained a darker brown than the original colour during the restoration. Very impressed by the restoration. Firstly, the quote was competitive. After Ronaldo sanded the floor I could already see major improvement. I could have even gone for a lighter stain if I wanted to since the dark worn-in patches were erased. Ronaldo expertly interleaved some new white oak boards with the original in order to restore a patch that had been previously been a plywood board. The result is indistinguishable. Try to find it in the photos. Highly recommend Eagle Home Services for floor restoration.

Matt and Zachary have both been to our home for carpenter ant issues and were professional, friendly, and had great communication. Ediscapes replaced our moldy/slippery deck with an amazing deck and patio that is our oasis post pandemic. Recommend them for any outdoor living space you want to enjoy.
In 2021 they took on a major landscape project in a hilly area, and did a tremendous job with additional backyard structure, a new stone path and took care of all our requests. Very happy with the results, and also with the extra help we got to share instructions with our regular gardener on how to maintain our native vegetation.
We have several trees in our yard that needed attention. Two needed to be removed, several deciduous trees needed dead branches trimmed and one of our very tall firs had a broken branch hanging from a limb toward the top of the tree. Save a Tree was excellent from start to finish. We were impressed with the depth of knowledge the estimator had (Michelle) and the three people doing the work were careful, thorough and neat. We will definitely use them next time around.

I have been going to this dentist for over 2 years now. The staff is attentive and VERY friendly. The 2 doctors who are there are incredibly capable, friendly, and very attentive to detail. I have a medium case of dental phobia and they are considerate to me. Additionally, my gag reflex is very sensitive and that has not caused any anxiety or tension during my visits. My husband also has been going to see them and his teeth needed extensive cleaning and treatments for gum problems. They have catered his treatment to his needs, holding our finances in careful consideration. I can not recommend this clinic more highly.

The acupuncture treatments that June offers here are superb. Of the half dozen acupuncturists I’ve seen over my life she is the best thanks to her thorough analysis of my needs and customization of treatment. Each time I come in she spends time understanding how I’m doing and then applies a variety of acupuncture techniques to address my needs. And each time I feel fantastic in the end. I’m so glad I found this place.
Dr. Schreyer is a genuinely nice person who cares about his patients and takes the time to get to know them. He's also a great chiropractor. My neck has been bothering me for a couple of years and he had it feeling better after a few sessions. I also really appreciate how efficiently the office is managed. We have had an amazing experience with the front desk staff, Misty (epic!) and the doctors. Our boy has been well cared for and he has an extra step in his walk, even acts a bit cheeky since they improved his health. We thought we were stellar fur parents and the staff here made simple recommendations that improved his well-being. They are careful to consider your pocket book and make everything simple! Misty is amazing! Dr. McKee is great with the animals, has a calm, kind demeanor and will take time to laugh with you. I appreciate her. Dr. Vaugh is more serious and I like her also because she explains everything, is careful of cost and is detailed. Depending on your style, there is someone here that will make you feel your fur child is well cared for. I LOVE that the front desk brings their fur kids to work. The place is small and they keep it organized and they love the animals - there is zero doubt they care 100%. They go the extra mile for your pet.
Hailey and the front office staff are excellent! North Creek Pet Hospital offers free drinks and snacks for their customers which I tool advantage of. I give the veterinarians an A+ as well! I've taken my cats here for annual checkups, shots, neutering, etc. And have always had a positive experience. 5 stars from me!
Super gracious and helpful. We had a horrible night and terrible experience with another vet earlier in the evening. We had to let our girl go, they were so compassionate and caring with us and her. Highly recommend. They will be our first stop next time for small pet emergencies.
I had my dog groomed by Alyssa and she did absolutely amazing! She worked so efficiently and communicated everything super well and clear! I was very hesitant to book an appointment as this was my dogs first time getting groomed by someone else but she made sure to send me updates and pictures as she was working on him:) 10/10 would recommend!

My groomer was amazing however I couldn’t help but notice a groomer by the name of Tim, he looked far from a patient person and he needed assistance from another groomer because he did not know how to deal with the dog he was grooming. It was unfortunate because groomers need to be patient and caring, in that he was not. I hope he doesn’t groom anyone’s dog because if that was my dog a review would be the least of what I’d do.

I was referred to BJ for TMJ (jaw pain and popping while eating, yawning, laughing) which had been progressively worsening over the course of a year becoming a daily nuisance.
It has been three days since my 1 hour myofacial massage session and the pain has reduced significantly! I'm able to eat more comfortably (full chewing) with a greater range of motion in my jaw overall. Some things to expect:
* Their therapeutic approach is holistic. I appreciated that the session started with neck/shoulder muscles leading up to the jaw as a way for me to familiarize with the pressure application techniques *before* starting to work on the problem area.
* The environment is a relaxing space to work together with the therapist toward addressing source of your discomfort. Good communication throughout had me comfortable with him working on the painful joint.
* For TMJ, your therapist will apply nitrile gloves to apply pressure from inside your mouth onto the jaw joint.
* Office staff is responsive/friendly
Best of luck to anyone else dealing with TMJ pain - it's worth it to take the time to seek out a solution to manage the pain and eliminate all the background stressors it can cause.
