“On October the 1st, 2023 the first floor of my commercial building was inodiated with over 22,000 gallons of water due to a water system failure. I was on vacation and it was Sunday morning when I received the call from, as you can expect, my very freaked out tenant informing me of the disaster. After he got the water shut off, I called my assistant manager (I was in Saint Louse at the time and could not be there to help). They were very transparent about pricing beforehand, and what different services could cost--which I appreciated.
