Last year we finished an expansive deck and BBQ Island on our Lake Whatcom waterfront home. This is the second project over the years for which we have used Z Contruction. The workers show up and show up every day! Perry personally inspected the work every couple days and communicated with us. If you want it "right" have Z Construction do it!

I highly recommend Z Construction. During 2020, we acquired several bids for a ~600SF home addition that included a dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. We appreciated the direct responsiveness of Perry Zender (owner) and his willingness to work with us to keep costs within budget. He also gave us flexibility for finishes. Z Construction had the lowest bid, and we were confident that his company could get subcontractors on site during a very competitive building environment.
