The windows have been in our house for 12 years. I had a little trouble with one of the balance mechanisms and the nice people at West Coast Windows stuck with me and talked me through a relatively simple procedure but not simple for me. Very very helpful nice folks
We had a window that was not operating properly. Made an appointment and Ed showed up on time. Pleasant. COVID-19 protocols in place. He checked out the problem; pulled off the window brackets and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes! And then, refused to charge for the service or the call. Will definitely call again next time I need windows or window service.
I am so thrilled with our new windows. The price was very good, I got them the way I wanted them, the job was beautifully done. The staff was outstanding, they were courteous, and completed the job very quickly.Good Job guys!
