“I had a minor little issue with a ceiling fan that I was installing. I knew it wasn't a big job for these guys or anything like that, But after a couple of hours of me struggling on what I would consider an extremely Mundane easy task I just needed to have somebody come out. They themselves spent a little bit of time and couldn't get it figured out either. They did a whole bunch of troubleshooting and ultimately came down to the ceiling fan that we bought had a year faulty piece of equipment. The office was incredibly responsive and even sent two different people out just to verify and make sure that they could do everything in their power to make sure that we were taken care of. I share this because although this was a really small task I was completely impressed with how they conduct themselves. The pride that they had in their work made me a strong believer. They did a great job so I had them quite a full electrical panel replacement plus some minor outlet detective work and 4-way switch installation. I was very pleased with the quote so hired him. The day the work was scheduled the crews showed up on time and started work. The outlet and switch crew were done in under 2 hours and resolved all issues and were very nice people to boot. The panel replacement did take all day, as expected, and was done professionally and cleanly. The electrician took the time to fix labeling errors from the prior electrician from 13 years ago. The inspector found no issues and signed off right away. Joel Kaski has always been responsive to my calls and emails and shows up on time.
