Highly recommend. Prompt scheduling, responsive, and patient. Because I was openly afraid to do my own repairs, Colt's approach was consultative. He spent a great deal of time assessing our issues, explaining what we could do ourselves to save us money, and then walking us through how we do it. He was honest - answering all of our questions (of which we had many) and willing to suggest solutions we could handle ourselves. He's a very trustworthy person and did not take advantage of our lack of understanding of our home's problems.He gave us confidence and wisdom that we didn't have before he visited, and assured us he'll be there when we need him to come back on the more...read full review
