I wanted al local, to Gresham, licensed electrician and preferably a small business. Dale was such a great person to deal with. Professional but also very personable and reasonably priced. He answered all my stupid questions and while he was here, fixed a few other things that he noticed. I can, whole-heartedly, recommend Craftsman Electric and if 5 stars is the highest ranking I would give them 10 stars if I could. “We wanted to install an attic fan and had heard good things about Andersen Electric so we called them for a quote. They came out and looked closely at the job and gave us a reasonable quote. When they came back out to do the job and climbed up into the attic they found that some of the vents in the roof that they had planned to use were faux/false vents. In order to proceed they would have had to cut through the envelope of the building. They correctly advised that only a roofer should be doing that. So unfortunately they were unable to install the attic fan. However they did not charge us for their time in coming out twice to try and make it work.That's the kind of trust and customer service you are looking for in a professional electrical contractor.Andersen Electric is now my goto for any electrical work.“

“These guys are amazing! 30+ years of exsperiance in commercial and industrial as well as all types of service work. They were quick to help in an emergency as well as general jobs. We had a very complicated controls system that was completely outdated. They tackled the project without any issues. Alot of our work is around hazardous environments and include anything from acid, high heat furnaces, and large scale jobs. These guys tackled it with no problems as well as a safe manner. They are always helpful when we run into a pinch or when something was missed and swoop in to save the day. The owners are just as nice and skilled as the workers. Very happy to have electric works on site with our guys anytime! The work and knowledge deffinantly came through. If you have any issues with their parking just call the company and they will have the van moved asap. Thanks again electric works!“

“Absolutely amazing service! We woke up without power to one of our bedrooms and couldn’t figure out the underlying cause ourselves. Electricians were booked out too far when we needed a fix ASAP. Luckily my mother-in-law found Mr. Electric and I am so thankful for them!! Dustin was very polite, considerate, kind, and obviously extremely knowledgeable. He listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly. He quickly found the source of the problem and fixed it within an hour. He helped everything make sense to my MIL and me, and answered every question we could think of.I cannot recommend this company and Dustin enough!!
