“I must say if anyone would like to better their health, go to the Arlington 'Anytime Fitness' and talk with Cole, he is only 24 years of age but has a lot of knowledged packed into those few years knowing how to explain in very simple terms on what needs to be done to make one stronger and to help to have more energy for everyday living. These people are super nice and very willing to help anyone that feels like they do not have any energy. The manager Jamie is also worthwhile in getting to know.
