She found allll the shoulder knots after first easing in with a lovely head/neck massage. She also did some foot/calf massage to help with my plantar fasciitis and I’m happy to report it seems to have helped a ton already. Like seriously, the owner and instructors at this place have to be some of the most welcoming and nicest bunch of people that I’ve ever met.I tried their free 3-day yoga pass and enjoyed it. However, I will say that this studio places (or seems to place) a heavy emphasis on spirituality vs. yoga as a form of exercise/fitness. As someone who’s loosely spiritually, at most, it was a nice thing to experience, but was a bit too much for me personally. So if you’re like me, and enjoy meditative practice in your yoga sessions but want the focus to be on fitness/balances/cardio, this might not be for you either. I also found myself wishing that they had more class offerings throughout the week, but they are a small privately owned studio, so I get it. Overall, I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to really incorporate their inner spirituality into their yoga practice. Namaste!“
