Great atmosphere and very friendly people! Like seriously, the owner and instructors at this place have to be some of the most welcoming and nicest bunch of people that I’ve ever met.I tried their free 3-day yoga pass and enjoyed it. However, I will say that this studio places (or seems to place) a heavy emphasis on spirituality vs. yoga as a form of exercise/fitness. As someone who’s loosely spiritually, at most, it was a nice thing to experience, but was a bit too much for me personally. So if you’re like me, and enjoy meditative practice in your yoga sessions but want the focus to be on fitness/balances/cardio, this might not be for you either. I did a one month trial and really loved it. This was my first yoga experience and felt comfortable. I tried the following classes: Reiki Restorative Yoga, YOGA Chakra for EveryBody, and HOT Hatha Yoga. I ESPECIALLY loved that unlike other studios and classes at gyms there wasn’t crazy limited slots or annoying waitlists.They don’t offer early bird classes however, they do offer evening which was perfect for me. Staff is very nice and the place itself is so peaceful. As far as pricing, I got a great deal on Groupon for one month of unlimited classes. I am considering getting a membership and snapped the picture attached (I am sure this is subject to change).

The instructor listened to my description of my physical challenges and assured me that it wasn’t a competition and I could do whatever modifications were needed. And she was very serene and zen like while leading the class which added to my overall sense of enjoyment. And I also enjoyed the space.
