This is a difficult-to-find specialty treatment, I've needed to recover from two back surgeries.Previous to finding Janice, I drove to Arlington to get this work done. After the surgeries, I was very unbalanced with my left side compensating for weaknesses on my right side. I had extreme pain in my right leg that would keep me awake at night and make it difficult to walk without tripping during the day.Janice helped me address these issues through a combination of both massage therapy as well as cranial sacral therapy.I have gone to Janice for over a year now. I credit her work, along with going to the chiropractor and doing pilates, with the amazing improvements I have on my right side.I am still recovering from my back surgeries. Like seriously, the owner and instructors at this place have to be some of the most welcoming and nicest bunch of people that I’ve ever met.I tried their free 3-day yoga pass and enjoyed it. However, I will say that this studio places (or seems to place) a heavy emphasis on spirituality vs. yoga as a form of exercise/fitness. As someone who’s loosely spiritually, at most, it was a nice thing to experience, but was a bit too much for me personally. So if you’re like me, and enjoy meditative practice in your yoga sessions but want the focus to be on fitness/balances/cardio, this might not be for you either. I also found myself wishing that they had more class offerings throughout the week, but they are a small privately owned studio, so I get it. Overall, I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to really incorporate their inner spirituality into their yoga practice. Namaste!“
