“Antoine Curry did an amazing job on my flooded condo. He carefully assessed the property damage, placed blowers \\u0026 an air scrubber in wet areas. Antoine \\u0026 another employee checked all the walls for mold \\u0026 wetness. They pulled out all the carpet \\u0026 vinyl flooring, plus wet insulation in the walls. They were very professional \\u0026 informed me of every aspect of the job. They did an EXCELLENT job \\u0026 I am so thankful for their work !!“

“(I’m a little slow with posting this, but wanted to be sure I did it so I could talk about how happy I am with the work Neptune Restorations did.) I had the unfortunate experience of having a pipe bust in my bathroom late one night (end of April), which subsequently ran into my crawlspace and air conditioning vents. I called a plumber to fix the issue that night since the water had to be shut off to the house to stop it from continuing to flood my bathroom. The plumber recommended I contact Neptune Restorations to help with the water mitigation. I called that evening and left a message, not expecting a call back that night since it was after 9pm when the plumber got there. To my surprise I was contacted by the owner that very night, and he arranged for his co-owners to come to my house the next morning to assess the damage. They arrived promptly, assessed the damage, and advised me to call my insurance company because it would cover the cost of the water mitigation and subsequent bathroom repair. (I honestly had not even thought about calling my insurance company with the stress of the entire water debacle.) Neptune would have started working on the issue that very same day, but my home insurance provider took a little bit to get back to me. Neptune was able to come the very next morning, and get started while also accommodating my need to be at work later that morning. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They were professional, and extremely helpful. They answered any questions I might have had, and kept me notified of anything that they were doing or needed to do. They also handled the billing with my insurance provider, which I was happy to let them do because it was one less thing I had to worry about. I found everyone that came to my home to be extremely pleasant and down to earth. I hope I never have to deal with something like this again, but if I ever do, I will definitely contact Neptune Restorations.“

“Boy did we get lucky when I found Alex! Arrived at work to a burst pipe flood. It was ankle deep in some areas. I did a Google search and Alex had great reviews. I called, he answered immediately and starting reassuring me that it would be ok. As soon as he got the authorization from our landlord, he was on site in 20 minutes. He removed over 1100 gallons of water that day. He spent the next ten days with us, even on the weekends, ensuring that everything was dry to prevent any future mold problems. This was probably one of the bigger challenges he's had and he handled it with calm professionalism. As soon as he was on site and exhibited his level of training and knowledge, I knew we would be okay. He was prompt, courteous, reliable and professional.
