Hank is a real piece of work... August 2023 Tried to bill me for work that wasn't done I asked for an adjusted bill for only the work that was done I never received an itemized adjustment I followed up multiple times 8 months later... Sent my "debt" to a debt collection company with, I guess, the proper amount? It was still more than it should've been and I was charged interest. Oh, and they don't actually "restore" anything; they just ripped everything out and put some machines in to take care of potential water damage. To top it all off... Hank did the work before discussing pricing with me. I really felt like I was taken advantage of, never had anything like this happen before and Hank took the opportunity and ran with it. I suggest reading the other reviews before considering hiring them; not worth the value at all.

This is the most unprofessional company, not restoration company, COMPANY I have ever dealt with. The people at McDonald's are more equipped to do business then this company. For the sake of your own sanity, spend more money or time and go with someone else. You will discover that this company is not worth the time to call them.

We set up a consultation and due to an emergency on their end we had to reschedule. No one showed up at the new scheduled time, after an hour I decided to give them a call just to make sure everything was OK. I was told someone would call me right back and we have yet to hear from them and it's been two weeks.
