Super clean up (lots of tarps laid on ground to catch tile trash and nails). We are very very impressed! Communication was superb and they continued to check in with us during the day! “Southern Trace was pretty good all around. They did an ok job for starters and they also saved me a ton of money by coming up with a simple solution to a leak that other companies wanted to rip off and replace. That being said the roof I had replaced had a skylight in it. When they installed the new flashing it was done incorrectly and leaked. After several trips to try to repair it they did figure out what the problem was and repaired all of the interior damage as well. I took off one star for the incorrect installation but they at least stood behind the work and weren't satisfied until it was fixed.“
