Super clean up (lots of tarps laid on ground to catch tile trash and nails). We are very very impressed! Communication was superb and they continued to check in with us during the day! “My roof literally had shingles blowing off of it. I called for a repair estimate from Blankenship Roofing Company, a GAF Factory Certified Contractor. Kenny, the owner, called back. Because my roof was approximately 20 years old, Kenny himself came out to determine if repair or new roof was the better choice. Kenny quoted me on the spot. The quote was in line with the area. Debbie, the Office Manager, and Kenny both understood the urgency of the situation and began my roof within a week of me, completing and returning the information they needed. The roof was completed the same day. Debbie took the time to register the warranty for me. I found Kenny to be professional and communicative. He addressed both my questions and concerns. I appreciate the time both he and Debbie took to really help me understand the process.
