“Southern Trace was pretty good all around. They did an ok job for starters and they also saved me a ton of money by coming up with a simple solution to a leak that other companies wanted to rip off and replace. That being said the roof I had replaced had a skylight in it. When they installed the new flashing it was done incorrectly and leaked. After several trips to try to repair it they did figure out what the problem was and repaired all of the interior damage as well. I took off one star for the incorrect installation but they at least stood behind the work and weren't satisfied until it was fixed.“

“They are amazing! I worked with Gage - he was very knowledgeable and provided me in-depth information along with quotes on both asphalt and metal roofing. Their prices were surprisingly affordable, had great warranties, and even came with financing/payment plans. Amanda was pleasant, always a call away, and there to provide assistance when needed. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for the team to get out to me, and got my roof within a week of signing the contract. Not only did the project start ahead of schedule, they were able to provide me with a new roof in roughly 5 hours with a five-man team. Absolutely amazing! I love my new roof.
