The work started with a very comprehensive assessment of the condition of my roof (outside and inside), my chimney, and gutter system accompanied with photos of what was found. When the actual work started, all the teams actually showed up earlier than scheduled. I was kept informed of progress and issues by the team chiefs. Cleanup was equally impressive - hard to tell they were even at my home! The office staff provided me with prompt service in scheduling the various teams and providing me with the invoices.
