The old septic line was scoped. The technician described what he was seeing and identified what he would do to remedy the situation. The location of the clog was identified and the technician eagerly grabbed a shovel and started digging to locate the pipe and subsequently he excavated the perimeter of the septic tank.<br><br>He clearly knew what to do.
