“When someone comes out to your brand new subdivision, and stands outside in the "lightning and pouring rain, that we had on July 26th, and takes pictures of our side yard that needs two French drains that will connect two houses too close together, and the downspouts are aimed in toward each other. Results: eventual foundation water damage.Scott Johnston, their sales / inspector, knew, when getting soaked, that our original design and estimated date to do the job had to be modified.Bottom line: the job was completed the next day, with the modifications, at the original price to a perfect job. After 4 days and another light rain, you could not see the seam in the sod, that was hand dug for 60 feet.PS. We are now replacing our undersized gutters and downspouts. Scott knows gutters also. Time to Pay- it- forward.“
