“When someone comes out to your brand new subdivision, and stands outside in the "lightning and pouring rain, that we had on July 26th, and takes pictures of our side yard that needs two French drains that will connect two houses too close together, and the downspouts are aimed in toward each other. Results: eventual foundation water damage.Scott Johnston, their sales / inspector, knew, when getting soaked, that our original design and estimated date to do the job had to be modified.Bottom line: the job was completed the next day, with the modifications, at the original price to a perfect job. After 4 days and another light rain, you could not see the seam in the sod, that was hand dug for 60 feet.PS. We are now replacing our undersized gutters and downspouts. Scott knows gutters also. Time to Pay- it- forward.“

He is on top of every appt and even texts when they're on their way. Punctuality is golden to them and to their customers....myself being over the moon happy with them. My yard had been fairly destroyed by a teen I'd given the chance to do all yard work for the summer. Never again. Prior to that, my yard was pristine, but after, a disaster. Then I found Nick. The fix for my yard was certainly not a 1-day job even with excavating done, but boy, it was worth every single cent of his competitive prices. My grass is so lush and beautiful now that the urge to drop to the ground and roll from one end to the other is overwhelming. He works right along with his crew for hours. He does exactly what you want/need and gives suggestions where needed. I had a drainage problem that they resolved and now my gutters drain properly and the water is carried away from the house. “I am the neighbor referenced in the review from Mr. Shaheer, his review is completely absurd. I pay for the services from Southern Landscaping and have been nothing but pleased. They have always cut all of MY property since I pay for the services. If there was an issue with the way they cut my grass I wish you would come to me since I am the payor of the service and am 100% satisfied. I have never had any of their workers be "rude or impolite" to me. They have been nothing but helpful and respectful of my service needs. They use a blower and grass clippings are blown into the street or towards the back of my house. If there has been some wind blown grass clippings on someone else's yard its a shame I wasn't contacted about this directly. Southern Landscaping is awesome, however they cannot control the wind/weather. The negative review is from someone who doesn't even use their services. Ridiculous! Give thema callif you want great customer service and any type of yard work done! Highly recommend!“

“We’ve been using Sunny Day for about a year now; they are doing all the grass treatments, seedings, and aerating- and doing it well at a reasonable price! They do not do our mowing, but do our neighbors. They also did some brush removal and backyard landscaping which was done very well. I’d recommend them 100% to anyone. The owner is a really nice person who did our estimate on both jobs. His wife works in the office and has always been there to help if needed.“
