When someone comes out to your brand new subdivision, and stands outside in the "lightning and pouring rain, that we had on July 26th, and takes pictures of our side yard that needs two French drains that will connect two houses too close together, and the downspouts are aimed in toward each other. Results: eventual foundation water damage.Scott Johnston, their sales / inspector, knew, when getting soaked, that our original design and estimated date to do the job had to be modified.Bottom line: the job was completed the next day, with the modifications, at the original price to a perfect job. Managed Services Group just installed gutters on our 110 year old home today! They look fantastic. Scott and Shane were incredibly nice and professional when assessing our home to help with humidity and temperature issues in. The first phase of the project was having gutters installed and the crew that came out was incredibly professional and completed the work within a few hours. They arrived early and were communicative and proactive in addressing one small issue that came up. MSG will be coming back out in a few weeks to encapsulate our crawlspace for the second phase of the project.
