“Freezone was great to work with! I submitted a non emergency service request at 11pm and received a call by 9:15 the next morning to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. My tech (Chris) had a cancellation in the morning and was able to arrive by 10:30. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and replaced the faulty capacitor.
