I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Zuccaro for more than 25 years, and could not be happier about the care they have received all their lives. He is a wonderful veterinarian -- knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough, while also cost-conscious with his clients. His kindly approach is shared by his staff. I'd give them all 10 stars if I could!

I went to multiple different vets before finding Brook Run Animal Clinic, non of them compare! Every single person you encounter there is amazing! Lauren, Becky and Ashely at the front desk are all so kind and welcoming. The techs and all the vets are amazing as well! You can really care they tell about the animals in their care! I take all four of my dogs there and I will never go to another vet! Whether it’s an annual check in or a medical problem- they are all very kind, informative and you can truly tell that animals are their passion! Thank y’all for all you do for me and my pack!?

Dr. Z and his team are the best in Richmond. They’re always super accommodating with my myriad of cat problems and are always quick to find a solution that helps my animals get in to be seen swiftly. Dr. Z and Dr. Moyer both take time to explain the “why” behind diagnoses and alternatives for treatment, so we feel like we are being consulted for making the best decision for our pets - rather than forced to take an approach that may not work for us (like oral meds for a cat!).
