It was the first time I had taken my dogs to Nora to have them cut. I asked her if she knew how to cut a cocker spaniel. She assured me she did. But when I got my dog's home and was able to get a better look at them. She has no idea how to cut a cocker spaniel. She shaved the top of the palls and up their legs about an inch. My female dog, she shaved one back Leg halfway up, not the others. There is a gouge mark on the back of my male dogs head where she had evidently use the wrong blade and put at shaved mark. I took my three year old pomchi for his first much needed grooming. I was worried that he would be aggressive toward the groomer and couldn't be groomed. The groomer, Nora, tooked him a assured me he would be fine. A short while later she called to say he was ready. When I arrived I was so pleased to see the results. He looked so nice and appeared to be much happier. The price was $56 which was cheaper than some of the other businesses I contacted. I will definitely be using their business again.
