“I had Dr. Sheffield and Dental Assistant Iyana, who made my child’s experience an absolute pleasure. They both answered in a patient and polite manner when my child would ask silly little kid questions. The rooms are decorated in cute characters and your child gets to watch TV during their session. “Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bates, he truly is great dentist. He is the best.“
