“I saw Dr. Lauterbach 2x after texting with him for a couple weeks in regards to my symptoms. He first suggested a PT to rule out some other issues, and that’s how we determined I was having some neck problems since a recent deep tissue massage I had at another place.
The first time I saw him I had no clue what to expect, the neck adjustment was easy and painless. I had relief for the first time in weeks the following day. Unfortunately my symptoms came back since I have a misalignment it’s going to take some time. When I went back the 2nd time I was feeling very anxious and defeated due to dealing with this for over a month. Dr. Lauterbach was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns before proceeding with the adjustment. He was extremely gentle in his approach and continued to reassure me during the apt. Afterwards he showed his very kind heart by continuing to listen to me as I completely broke down to him about how my pain and additional symptoms had been bothering me since I had been injured by the massage therapist at another facility.
