Extremely professional,kind and caring!! I will always praise both Dr. Ed and Rebecca ! When I first went I was a mess and in a lot of pain! Within a short period of time between the two of them I felt a 100% I continue to go for adjustments and massages! If you want a responsible knowledgeable chiropractic service this is the place to go !!

Every few years I do something that causes severe back spasms in my lower back and I have to get adjusted to get back to normal. I just moved to Charlottesville and had not established a chiropractor relationship when I had my latest "episode".A coworker suggested a one-stop shop, which took me 5 days to get in to see because they didn't have a spot for a new patient until then. When I got in, they wanted to do everything except adjust me. They explained how the process would go, and I would have been set up for several appointments each week, which I do not need. I had debilitating nerve pain on the side of my head. I came in to see Dr. Lauterbach for dry needling to minimize the pain. It worked well, but for the time my doctor sent me the results were temporary. Maybe if I had been sent longer it could have gone away. I ended up getting Botox which has helped a lot. I want to say that that Dr. Lauterbach is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I had a great experience minus the needles :-). I’ve also gotten massages here and they were fantastic!
