I have used massage for many years and Alyce was the best and most knowledgeable masseuse I have ever been to. Not only was the massage wonderful but she gave me lots of advice as well for stretches and other alternatives to help my pain issues.

I've never been comfortable with massages, but now I am. Alyce is extremely knowledgeable regarding physiology and provides excellent guidance to help the results of her bodywork stick with you.

Bottom line: I'm no longer in pain. Period. Prior to seeing Alyce, I'd had exactly two massages ever. I ended up more tense than before because I didn't feel anything close to comfortable. Totally different experience with Alyce. I didn't feel embarrassed, or uncomfortable, or tense. Score. On top of that, she doesn't just give you a massage, she understands the physiology behind what is causing your symptom and treats THAT. So I went from episodic Pain Level 9 spasms along with constant hip pain, to being fine. Score.
