The certified inspector, John took the time to thoroughly inspect and explain everything with the repairs needed and unsafe areas of concern with the house. He gave us the opportunity to ask questions. We were very impressed with his good advise, professionalism, and attention to detail. He provided a quick response when answering via text and sending the invoice. John provides quality service and has a true passion as an inspector. The last house I lived in had a wonderful custom closet. However I moved into a forty + year old house recently .Only the closet in the owners unit has been redone and that wasn’t great.. The others were your basic one shelf and one hanging bar. I searched on line and found this company.. Closet Creators, I liked what I read… Small, locally owned company!! Little did I know I would be meeting the East Coast Property Brothers!! Ryan and Trevor are twins and the owners. I sent an email on Saturday expressing interest in talking with them about making the old closets more efficient. Much to my surprise Ryan answered me in about 1 hour!! The experience with them only got better from there! I’ve dealt with other closet companies and felt like I paid a lot more than I should have and it was not a great experience and the communication was lacking. So these young men were not only great at what they do, but were quite reasonable with their pricing, the work was excellent, they did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it, and communication was superb!! These guys are amazing!! They even cleaned up after themselves!!!SOOO they not only customize they old closets, but revamped the closet in the owners unit to make it way more functional.. Could not be happier!!! I’m posting before and after pictures!

Have had two good experiences with Triangle. First was leak in inherited home that turned up just before putting on market. Called Triangle on recommendation of Realtor. Got a quick response and very good advice on all the considerations.
Now, our 1961 home has developed an upstairs in-wall leak that resulted in water dripping through kitchen ceiling. Nick was here the next morning, which was amazing enough. Then we got some demolition and a repair on the same day. Also very good advice on restoration services and insurance considerations. Highly recommended.

The employees are all so nice and welcoming and most importantly understanding of kids different needs. My older daughter loves getting her hair braided and (temporarily) colored!

She also tries to use the best process to keep your hair healthy and shares great tips to keep it looking great for a great price. She rents out this space. You can make an appointment with her on her Instagram (@KatieLovesColour). The best thing about Katie is she does a gorgeous job for an incredible price. On my recent visit, I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I came in with photos of caramel, copper, and honey blond balayage. I was honest and communicated that I was ready for a bigger change with money pieces and framing layers. Be sure to bring photos of what you like because she can recreate it. I asked her opinion because I really trust this woman. I absolutely loved the final result. I've been wanting to do something that looked different from my normal look and she gave me the helpful push. I also have never had such easy conversation with a hair stylist in my life. I've gone to her one other time in the past and also loved what I got done. Katie is incredible and I highly recommend doing balayage with her.
I have been going to Cheryl for years. Color, cut and style. Just left there actually. She's top notch. Very nice salon, clean and bright. Very friendly atmosphere. But even if she ever changed locations, which is unlikely, I would follow her. 5 stars!
I have been going to Rituals for approximately 12 years now, for both hair and waxing services, and they have yet to disappoint. I usually see Rachel for my hair and Alla for waxing, and both of them have always been fantastic. Also, I recently had my hair done by Brooke, and she was fantastic as well. I highly recommend all 3 of them, though it seems you probably can't go wrong with anyone on their team!
I had my first appmt today with Meka! Meka is very knowledgeable, very thorough, professional and has the sweetest demeanor. My hair was previously colored by another stylist out of town, that turned out to be a disaster. Mika had to color correct and retrim & style! She did an amazing job! I also observed the work of 2 other stylist while I was there! They all are great! You will love this salon just as I did!

This is by far the best place in town to get a haircut. I used to always walk into my haircuts nervous, because I never knew how they would turn out (I get a bald fade). At Fadez and Bladez, I can relax. I’ve never had a bad haircut here. Everyone is professional and very good at their job. Not to mention, it’s a very friendly and welcoming environment. They remember your name. I’ll never go anywhere else!

This is my go to Barber in the area. Not only does Amy always do a great job but she is very reasonably priced and so much fun to chat with. If you haven't before, I highly recommend giving her the opportunity to cut your hair.

I often get skin fades and they do a great job. Lots of staff so you’re never waiting long, even on a Friday or weekend day.

This is my happy place!! I feel so much better every time I leave. I LOVE the aqua pod cocoon, it is so relaxing and my skin is so soft afterwards! I have been patronizing Vu Nails for many years. I consider their pedicures to be the best in town. I have tried others and nothing compares. I do not have my fingernails enhanced, but I have seen their work and it is excellent.
I had never had a pedicure before and was apprehensive but I bit the bullet and made an appointment. Marwa was wonderful and did such a great job and I not only felt pampered but felt good about my foot care afterwards. Great care and great prices. I will be going back on a regular basis now.

This location was close to home and I had been looking for a new place for a pedicure. I stopped in and they were able to get me in immediately. The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job with my pedicure. I chose a deluxe pedicure and it was a fabulous and relaxing experience. I will definitely be back for all my future pedicures.

I've been wanting to try somewhere new because I've felt like the previous place I've used was kind of rushed and not very thorough. I tried out Sky Nail Spa today because my neighbor goes there and I've never heard anything bad. I'm so glad I went! I thought I'd get a fill, but they were so thorough and suggested starting fresh. This recommendation didn't come as a surprise, and I was pleased that they actually took the time to notice that, and not just put acrylic over where my nails were lifting as I've previously experienced. They happily answered any questions I had. While there, two separate customers came in for just a brow wax so I figured they must be good at that too. They are! They didn't just wax where needed to be cleaned up, they took their time and trimmed and plucked as needed. Also, they asked if they could use oil on my brows before just putting it on, which is really nice for people with sensitive skin. Such a great experience!

The owner did my nails and I have to say. It's been a month and I need to get my nails done again but they look so good still! No broken nails, the color is still luscious and popp'n. I didn't quite like the method they use to remove the previous dip powder but omg! She gave my regular nail lady a run for her money! Plus they have decent complimentary wine. I'd had a bad experience here with my niece about 2 years ago before I'd relocated to the area. But Christy made up for it. I almost don't want to go back to my regular nail lady...I'd just rather come here to see the owner for my nails. You can tell she's been doing this a very long time. I'm so pleased with my results.
3 weeks ago Veronica gave me the best dip manicure I've had in years (since moving to VA actually). Her work is precise, well contoured, and lasts! I went back today and am just as happy with manicure #2! Plan on becoming a regular!
Beautiful French tips! My mother-in law got dip powder and I got a gel manicure. They got us in at the last minute, 1 day before my wedding. They are very fast and very friendly ☺️. UPDATE: my gel manicure lasted for about 3-4 weeks with minimal chipping! I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful salon and medspa! I go to Jacquelyn, stylist, who specializes in blondes and bringing out your beautiful best! They’ve recently added a medspa with multiple services. The environment is gorgeous, they invested a lot in design elements, and it’s amazing! I will say that the prices overall are fairly high, compared to other options, but it also may be a less wonderful experience. There’s a medical director who oversees the medspa, and then licensed nurse injectors and other providers who perform various treatments. They offer many other services. Lots of options, slightly pricey.
The team at Bloom is awesome. While I do see one particular stylist, I would gladly see any of them if needed. True professionals, trusted, and capable.

I stumbled across them as they were being highly recommended on "Nextdoor" and placed a call for them to come out and quote me on a sink/faucet, water heater installation/repair and two external hose connectors. What I will tell you is that I'll never go with another plumber again! Why? ...because they were "fair priced", knowledgeable, professional, courteous, local, timely, licensed/certified and more. So, do yourself a favor, at least give them a call ...and I'm sure that you'll be well pleased and satisfied in doing so!
I was very pleased with the promptness and service provided. I found that our waterline was leaking somewhere between the meter and the house late on an afternoon. I received contact info for USA Pipe Repair from a local plumber. They were onsite the next morning, provided a quote in 15 minutes, and started repairs that afternoon. Utilizing their directional drill, they bored underground from the meter, under the driveway and up under the house to completely replace the line. So much better than trenching or digging. Very impressed with the rapid response and completion of repaid. Highly recommend USA Pipe Repait
I am so pleased with Derick of Robinson’s Plumbing! He and his associate always show up on time and clean up so well after they’re done working, always leaving things better than they found them. I hired them for a project in Midlothian, VA to plumb a new kitchen island and move a lot of existing plumbing to accommodate the renovations. I also have to add - they completed the rough-in the DAY after my quote appointment, and had the county inspector out the following day. Seriously cannot say enough good things ??❤️

These guys know their stuff. They are effective and efficient and reasonably priced. They've handled a few minor issues for me at my place of business and even managed to fix an issue I was having at home that two other plumbers had failed to correct. Highly recommended!

Our first shot at using a professional cleaning agency. We are highly impressed! Desiree and Nicole provided our first “deep clean” prior to our bi-weekly schedule starting. The change was amazing. Our kitchen appliances looked like they just arrived. Kitchen was spotless. And the baseboards… my back and knees can’t handle getting them. Our baseboards are again shiny white… EVERYWHERE! Nicole (who handles QA) explained everything upon arrival… how they work, what they use and do, and provided a great follow up at the end. The house looks great. Neighbors came to check it out last night… and they were impressed… and they always say how clean we keep our house anyway!!! It was quite noticeable! A tip: We hate clutter! In fact, we made an effort to get as much ‘stuff’ off the counters and shelves as possible… something we always try to work on… but time takes over. It gave us a great “reset”… but both Desiree and Nicole mentioned how much better it makes it for them… less time moving and shifting things, more time devoted to cleaning backsplashes, etc. They did great and we are looking forward to the next visit in 2 weeks. Ronny Walker, Flooring Consultant, was very professional from the start of our purchasing process to the installing of our carpet.
I would also like to mention George and his assistant about how they were very efficient and did a great job of putting the carpet in the family room, the landing and closets at the top of the stairs. They also did a fantastic job on stairs and working around the spindles.
They also cleaned up everything and help put some of the furniture back into place.
All of the areas done looked excellent.
I would definitely purchase more carpet from them.

Picking out the carpet, scheduling, and installation was great. Carpet quality is beautiful. Took off a star because after installation was complete I came downstairs to find the installers walking on the BRAND NEW carpet that THEY installed, vacuuming it with their dirty outside shoes on. That’s also our toddler’s main play area. Recommendation to please use shoe covers at least next time.

We recently had Quality Remodeling remodel a shower stall and half-bath.We are very happy with their quality of workmanship and hands-on guidance.We had some woodwork in the half-bath that we wanted to salvage, but it was questionable that it could be salvaged. Their technicians were very careful and were able to leave it in its original condition.We highly recommend Quality Remodeling for all your restoration needs.
We were very pleased with the work Kitchen Doctors did for our kitchen remodel. Jim visited our house and came up with a great design that transformed our dark poorly functioning kitchen to great looking highly functional space. We were given a schedule of 3 1/2 weeks to complete the work and they stuck to it. The installers were highly skilled and very respectful to us and our home. I would highly recommend kitchen Doctors for your kitchen remodel.
I have had Allen do some work for myself and I have worked for Allen in the past It dosen't matter if your the customer or an employee..The one thing is gonna take place, the job is gonna be impeccable! If they had a 6 star rating I would give him a 7.

We have used SR Majewski for several projects. On out last home he added a 16x 20 addition to our home, he rebuilt out family room when an attic ac unit leaked through the ceiling, his team also repaired several rooms in our basement after a sump failed. We like his work so much that when we decided to build a new home Steve was the first call we made. Steve and his team turned this wooded lot into a beautiful home. There were no surprises during the build that were not fully communicated before anything was changed. He honored all quotes, met all time lines and finished the house right on time. The only issue is you may have to wait a bit before he gets started on your project only because his work his top notch, he stands behind what he does, he is honest, dependable and easy to deal with. I don't think we will ever move again as he built exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us as we made changes during the build. If it added a cost he created a change order and once signed he made it happen. All this to say should we have a need or decide to build he will be the first call. We have recommended Steve to our friends and family and now they are all believers in SR Majewski.
Bill and his team at Homelink completely remodeled our master bath about two years ago. To this day I'm still amazed at the quality of the bathroom and in particular the tilework was amazing. I had another bathroom updated by a different company about a year ago and while Homelink was considerably more expensive I will confirm that you get what you pay for.
The service, guidance, and expertise from Homelink made the finished project stand out for us. Using this perfect bathroom each morning starts my day off on the right foot.
I have been using Affordable for years. They got squires out of my attic and repaired the damage. They repaired my ceiling from a second floor water leak. They eliminated mold and repaired structural damage from a kitchen leak into my crawl space. Basically I depend on them to fix any house or pest problem that comes up. They are Professional and Affordable........

Campbell Home Improvements just finished a couple of jobs for me and they were fabulous! The team was prompt, efficient, tidy and professional. The end results are exactly what I imagined (deck extension and refurbish along with an interior tiling project ) and pricing is very reasonable. Swift Creek Pest Control did EXCELLENT work for us! We had a situation where my son was stung over 20X by an in-ground yellow jacket nest. We noticed another nest pop up UNDER our front porch (in a tough spot to reach) and we did not want to risk another painful experience... especially for a child or pet! I'm a full-time RVer. I caught a bug on the bed of my RV, put it in a bag, and took a picture of it. I had called quite a few pest control places and they all said it was a termite that had come into the RV from the spring swarm and that I shouldn't be worried.
Spence took one look at the photo and told me I had a powder post beetle problem. Unlike every other pest control I had contact, Spence told me to bring the RV over to his shop so that he could inspect.
I brought my RV and he inspected, had a handy person take a panel from the RV, and was able to show me that I wasn't crazy, but in fact, had a powder post beetle problem.
Spence gave me some treatment options. I am grateful to Spence's Pest Control Co. for providing a thorough inspection, expert guidance, and absolute kindness throughout this entire experience. Highly recommend.

Ok, 18 months ago, I had never gone to a chiropractor nor a massage. I had a bad back and a nagging plantar faciatus (spelling) and had bought a ton of tools. 4 months later, I was very much good to go. My sports teammates keep asking what am i doing. Bluntly, it is Jassy Chiropractor. I believe this should be part of our normal healthcare, Absolutely.

Dr. Hancock and his team are phenomenal! In hopes of being able to avoid an injection in my back, I booked an appointment at Active and it has definitely been one of my best decisions. Dr. Cara is an absolute gem!! She adjusted my wife during her pregnancy, now cares for her postpartum. She adjusts our new daughter, and adjusts me as well. I’ve got a ruptured disk in my lower back and have seen entirely too many chiropractors over the years, hoping to find relief. Her adjustments have provided the relief and healing my back so badly needed.The environment is clean, friendly and inviting with a family-focused feel. The family feeling extends to the amazing people working there. It feels more like hanging out with family than it feels like going to a Dr.’s office, so much so that we refer to the office manager as “Auntie Amber” to our little girl, who loves sitting in her lap while we my wife and I get adjusted.Our family is so grateful for her and the amazing staff there!!

I had just adopted a cat who turned out to be very sick. The staff members at Sycamore Vet were so kind and compassionate. From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcomed and I knew my cat was in good hands. They were very upfront about the prices and worked with me to find the most affordable option to get him the care he needed. They even followed up with a phone call to check in and evaluate his treatment plan. I appreciate them so much and am so glad I found this place for him.
My reg vet referred my pup to Animal Eye Care. My pup ended up having an abscess behind his eye. The infection was very bad and Dr Bosiack was great! She not only is a great specialist but she listened to me. After all who knows your dog better than you? My 9 month old Golden pup is 100% healed. I highly recommend Dr Bosiack and if I ever need to take one of my dogs for eye care this is where I will go back to. Thank you Dr Bosiack for the excellent care you gave my pup!
My lab had outlasted his natural life. Dr. Willis did all he could, but at my request we mutually agreed he was suffering and I had to make that decision pet owners hate. The Dr. and his staff couldn’t have been more empathetic and professional. They made a horrific situation almost tolerable. Extremely impressed.
We have found an abandoned litter of kittens and called in a little bit of a panic. The staff was so friendly and helpful and gave us an appointment for the next day! I had called around and other vets couldn't see us for over a week... When we got there again, the staff was so friendly and kind. We saw Dr. Ingrid and she was absolutely amazing. She took time to answer all of her questions and we never felt rushed. So grateful to have found this caringclinic.
From the moment Cooper and I walked in, there was just a “we love animals” vibe. It was just a different feeling than any other vet I’ve been to in the area. From the ladies at the front desk to the tech to the Vet. Cooper absolutely loved the tech and was crying for her when she left the room. The Vet was absolutely thorough and honest. Every visit is wonderful. The staff are friendly and seem like they want to be there and enjoy their jobs. They are super friendly with you and your pets, they don't have issues talking bout anything you might have questions on, even if it might feel silly to you. Probly the most helpful vet I've ever been to.
My dog has been receiving her care at Banfield for the past 11 years. I am more than pleased with the care she continues to receive and I love her vet. Dr. Robinson, who keeps me updated on her care and I appreciate the medical care program that covers most of the cost of her care.
I have used no one other than Dr.Rice since 2007...she is AMAZING with my dogs! There really aren't enough words to describe how awesome her and her staff are truly

Not sure how I haven't left a review before!! I LOVE Woodlake Animal Hospital. We have been going here for a couple of years and all the doctors, vet techs and vet assistants have been wonderful. They love animals and really care about my dogs. I appreciate the fact that they practice western and eastern medicine. Acupuncture and herbs have been so helpful in managing my senior dog's mental issues and physical ailments. They are always willing to listen, get us in for emergent needs and do not look for us to do anything that is not needed for our dog's health. They know me when I call and remember my babies. I will keep coming here as long as Dr. Jones runs the practice and keeps the caring nature and wonderful people!
Wonderful groomer and staff. Very professional, polite, customer oriented and friendly! Robin is so knowledgeable and so helpful teaching me about my breed. This was the first grooming experience for my 9 month old puppy. She looks perfect! Thank you for sharing your talents with me!

Matt Hoffman gives the best deep tissue massage around. I drive from Downtown Richmond to Hot House Midlothian for my appointments. He is very knowledgeable in sports massage and can isolate muscles that need extra attention as well as give a whole body deep tissue massage.
Been practicing at Coconut Elephant Yoga for a year. It is a cozy studio with wonderful instructors and a very laid back vibe. I highly recommend!
This studio, along with Align Yoga in Church Hill, is an amazingly intimate and comfortable space where folks feel welcome to come "as is" and modify as much as needed. I have been to numerous studios, but these two are uniquely inviting and have lovely and dedicated owners.
Escape is awesome! Entire staff is very helpful and positive. I've used at least 5 therapists and they've all been great! I've received a full 60 minutes every time. Their monthly program will improve your quality of life.

Christy Linzi has been my massage therapist for two years. I have had other therapists in the past, but no one comes near to her and the quality massages that she offers. She really listens and understands the needs of her clients. I always feel 100% better after my 90 minute massage. Also, the front office staff is a joy to work with.
First of all I must say it was well lighted and clean. With my back injuries a good massage is needed often. Sunny was great and a very strong massage. She communicated with me to make sure I was comfortable during the massage. If anyone wants a real massage I highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff and great massage. Seen couple coming in when I left you can walk in but appointment is good also. Left feeling much better and a cold bottle of water on this hot day was refreshing.

I had an awesome massage here. They stretched my legs and did a really good scalp massage and even massaged my ears. I always tip before the massage because I know their culture is different than ours when it comes to tipping. They set low prices and then you tip generously. It's not that big of a deal unless you're cheap. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quality massage not a cheap massage.
I’ve been a member for years, and I was close to canceling my membership in June. However, I blindly scheduled my first session with Jaquetta and was very impressed. Today, I had my second session and first stretch massage with her. She was very attentive to my body, noticed my challenge areas, and provided guidance on mild stretches I can do between sessions at home. I highly recommend her to anyone needing to relax and/or recovering from an injury. You won’t be disappointed. She might make you laugh too! lol
