Really great help with reducing arm pain. Working here, not only did I recieve help in reducing pain in my shoulder and elbow, but I also got strengthing advice to avoid future injury!!

I had terrible shoulder impingement that previous physical therapy couldn’t solve. I was ready to get surgery and they referred me to Redemption. I was skeptical that anything could be done. Ryan took the time to understand my injury, goals, and needs and set me up with a sport-specific program. The 1:1 attention and program not only solved my issue, but my shoulder has never felt stronger. Ryan also took the time to incorporate other exercises to prevent chronic injuries I’ve had. Ryan is one of the most knowledgeable PT’s I’ve ever met and worked with. His background as a division 1 college athlete makes him unique as well. I attribute a lot of my success over the last few seasons to Ryan’s programming.
