If you’ve ever done PT at a large local practice or chain before, this is NOT the same and thank goodness for that! Most of those locations have you practice exercises that can easily be done at home and stick you with an assistant to fill your time slot. You’re treated like a number and tossed through an assembly line. Amanda’s practice is the total opposite! She takes into account your whole body and really truly listens to you as the patient. I went in with one main problem and Amanda had me feeling better within 2 sessions and she was even able to tackle a lot of my other issues that I have thanks to numerous autoimmune conditions.
