“Roto-Rooter removed and replaced a utility sink which we provided. They did a very good job, took the old sink away and left the area clean. The estimate that I was given was that the job should take an hour to complete, and the sink and drain line were completed within that time. Unfortunately, the plumber had to leave to get the supply lines, which added an extra hour to the final charge. This added $160 to the final costs to get parts that probably cost no more than $20. It would seem that common supplies such as this should be on each truck, allowing jobs to be completed without the customer being charged for a lot of dead time.“
