HVAC We purchased our home in 2016 and a week later, the AC unit blew out- and summers in this area are HOT. We called Terrell Moseley on the advice of the real estate agent and they promptly fixed the unit and the cost was reasonable. Over the last two years we have had them out twice- and each time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and in one case, did a little work around until the proper part could be ordered and received. Well, the main unit finally gave up the ghost in 2021 and we obtained quotes from a variety of local HVAC providers.
