Tech arrived on time, had an asst/ trainee. Both very friendly and efficient. Cliff, the lead tech communicated well and explained efforts as the repair was done. Our tub faucet was very hard to extract; came out in pieces. Cliff did a great job and explained the bill details well. Excellent experience.Service: Faucet repair
